From dossier pre-review and ingredient analysis to government filing, responses to queries and final approval, we manage every step with fast feedback, and once licensed the same team connects the product to import and sales channels.
What's included
- A.Licensing preparationWe receive the CFS, LOA, full ingredient list and photos of every printed face of the package (or samples), and our in-house team pre-reviews the dossier.
- B.Ingredient analysisIngredients that cannot be licensed or need correction are analysed and reported. If a prohibited ingredient is found, the licensing is cancelled and refunded.
- C.Registration and queriesFiling with the Vietnamese authorities and payment of fees; when the authority requests supplements, we collect and submit them.
- D.Licence issuedProof of approval delivered and the product connected to import and sales channels. If the licence cannot be obtained, the fee is refunded in full.

Mr. Sơn has worked in quality assurance/control, compliance inspection, internal audit and supplier quality assessment across pharmaceutical distribution, convenience retail and food manufacturing and distribution in Vietnam. Drawing on field experience at the pharmacy chain Pharmacity and GS25 Vietnam, he leads the practical review and quality-compliance management of WTVIETNAM's regulatory affairs team.
